Glastonbury

Silver Hayes is a new area of Glastonbury Festival. The team wanted to extend their reach to inform festival goers of their existance.

They wanted to encourage people to share their experiences on social networks, and they did, in their thousands. Around the site were big screens, and in between artists on stage, the screens were used to display an AwesomeWall.

Social mentions of Silver Hayes increased exponentially year on year.

For the UEFA Champions League, the client wanted to showcase some of the social chatter around the match on the side of a three story statue in Lisbon. They wanted to show the most popular team as well as display messages of support for the teams.

The AwesomeWall solution was a custom playback system to display other related information such as videos and the local weather forecast.

"The work AwesomeWall did for Facebook around the UEFA Champions League Final was awesome. Their visual representation of real time data brought the onsite experience really to life. It was clean, worked well and the feedback from attendees at the Festival was great. People loved seeing their photos and status updates appear on the Facebook tower. We really enjoyed working with AwesomeWall."

London Fasion Week

For the 2014 & 2015 editions of London Fashion Week, the organisers used AwesomeWall to display all the photos taken during the event. Fashion designers, models, celebrities and guests were encouraged to share their favourite moments of #LFW.

A giant screen displaying the feed was set up in the couryard of Somerset House so visitors could see what was happening in and around the event and get a sneaky peek at some of the goings on back stage.

  • Over 100,000 photos shared
  • Custom display methods

Ministry of Sound

Ministry of Sound ran a campaign for people to send in their favourite #mosmoments. Clubbers would tweet a picture of their best moments, our system would then create a poster out of their pictures and send it back to them with a popular lyric overlayed ontop of the image.

They used an AwesomeWall to showcase all the #mosmoments and we created bespoke software to auto reply to the tweets.

"I had so much fun working with AwesomeWall on this campaign, and the clubbers seemed to absolutely love it, they sent in their #mosmoments in the thousands"

Diesel

JWT worked with Diesel on a new fashion range to showcase a catwalk event. They wanted all the photos shared to be visible on a website and decided that AwesomeWall was the perfect technology to use for their showcase site.

"JWT whilst working on behalf of Diesel needed to create an animated Instagram wall to show all of the great backstage photos taken by the Diesel models. We approached AwesomeWall after seeing their version of something similar. They were happy to work with us and provide what we needed. Set up was simple and the effect was exactly what we needed."
